Hello! I'm trying to get an image in Bannering. I took lots of pictures in Utah several years ago and want to use them. However, I can't seem to get the image to get to span the entire screen.

Help me, Styles-System-Kenobi, you're my only hope.

Oh ok! I'm a bit puzzled because using the customize interface I didn't have any problem. Is that what you've tried or did you it via CSS?

Edit: also if you could put it up we may be able to see what's going on with Firebug.

Thanks!
1) The image is only 1024px wide so it can only be repeated. It won't fit the whole screen width otherwise.
2) Bannering does something special where there are two header images. You need to remove the second one and set its height to zero.
Also you can adjust the height of the first one to its actual height (282px) so that it fits better.

You're welcome, Sporky! Can't say if that's still true but I seem to remember size limitations on the Bucket. I think I had to use another host for my largest ones. If that's still true, may I recommend imgur.com?

Edit: nope. no limit according to their FAQs. Weird.

Photobucket is indeed resizing large images. I stopped using them for any thing more than small theme graphics.
