Hello!

I realised that with DW layouts, the journal title does not appear as the page title. I was wondering if there is a way to make the journal title the title of the page as well?

Also, I tried adding a favicon to a community that is using Tabula Rasa and it doesn't work? It seems to be working for my other comm that is using an imported LJ style (Flexible Squares)... Is there a way around this?

Thank you!! :)

Can I see your code for the favicon for the community using Tabula Rasa?

Hmm, I tested out the code and it seems to be working fine on my end. What browser do you use?

I think it still ought to work though. Did you create a style and select this as your theme layer for that style?

Are you using one of the layouts by Dreamwidth?

I meant like, one of the Dreamwidth specific themes.

For example, two of the Dreamwidth themes for Tabula Rasa are "Muted" and "Dazzle".

Are you using both Plain's stylesheet and the custom CSS together?

It's okay! I'm just trying to figure what all is going on so I can help you out.

And when you apply the favicon theme layer, does it get rid of all your CSS?

It sounds like you haven't created a custom style. You can do that at the "Your Styles" area. When you decide on a name and hit "create", you'll be taken to a new page to edit the style you just created. Set the "Layout Layer" to "Tabula Rasa". Set "Theme" to your custom theme layer (the one you named "favicon"). Set "Wizard" to "Auto-generated Customizations". And then save. You'll be taken to the "Your Styles" area again and you'll see the style you just made. Hit the use button next to it and it should all work.

Good! I was so worried that you'd already done all that and I wasn't being helpful. I'm glad it worked!

There is a way to set the page title as something. You can do that in the favicon layer by replacing it with this and changing the "CUSTOM TITLE TEXT HERE" to whatever you want.

I don't know how do it the Livejournal way where the journal's title is automatically the page title. And the above code will keep that text the same regardless what page you're going to on the journal. So it would stay the same when you're on the reading page too.

Not a bother! :)

Hmm, your favicon is still showing up when I go to it. Did you get it working again?
