Once upon a time, way back on LJ, there was a way to put a permanent welcome/sticky post on Transmogrified. It has been years since I've tried working with this style, and any links/mems/info I had on how to do that have been lost to the sands of time. I tried porting an old layout layer, but the headaches induced by that made it not worth the effort.
Does anyone know if it's possible and/or how to code a sticky post into Transmogrified with DW's core? I'd rather not have to port any LJ styles, and I'm not comfortable enough with layout/theme layers to write the code myself, but I can c/p or modify for my needs if I have the pieces.

Date: 2009-05-26 07:14 am (UTC)It doesn't look very nice at the moment (see my journal), but there's no reason you couldn't use css to make it look like the other boxes. I can't play with the css at the moment, but I may well have a look at how to make this box look nice later in the week (I have visitors at the moment so don't really have the time).
