Ugly Comments

Does anyone know how to make the comments on joseimuke less ugly? I dislike that there's no Quick Reply, but more importantly, when you're replying to a comment it doesn't show the comment you're replying to unless you press the Preview button. I also don't know how I would make it so replies indent, but other than that I can fix the rest of the ugliness myself. But is some of the more technical stuff fixable, or should I give up and find another layout even though I really like the current one?

So I think all of these are probably fixable, but - what base style are you using? ie, if you go to https://www.dreamwidth.org/customize/ and select the comm from the dropdown to work as, what shows up for 'Current Theme'? I think all of these problems are S2 problems, and the layout you linked at the end there only seems to be CSS (and doesn't seem to specify a required S2 base style), so I'm curious what your current S2 style is.
