does any1 know how to put a gif/image on the banner?

i saw the option while customing and it seemed pretty cool, but i havent been able to do it. maybe bc i have a free account? idk, but if its possible tell me :3

also does any1 know how to put custom fonts? tysm!!!

Perfectly possible with a free account!

For the header: go here, you can change other images there.

For the fonts: go here, and you’ll need to find the URL of your desired font (from Google Fonts for example). So for example, mine looks like:

https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Bree+Serif

Then, when you’ve put that link in the bottom box, change the font names in the other boxes (in my case, to "Bree Serif") and press save.

There are other ways to do it using code, but Dreamwidth has this built in for convenience!

ive tried doing that, but it hasnt worked sadly ;-;. im already sorting out the banner thingy bc someone posted here a css code, but the font thingy hast worked ;-;. ill try it again though, thx 4 the help!!! :3

casually just 2day i understood ive been using the wrong link lol ;-;…but then, how did u got the link u put there, ive been trying to find in on google fonts ive just found the css code (though well…the link might be there, ill try it out), thanks and srry for the late reply

When you find the font you like in Google Fonts, click on “get font”, then “get embed code”, then copy the url for your font (the link beginning http that includes your font’s name). I hope that makes sense!
