Does anyone have a link to this layout? I'd like to be able to use it but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

you can view the custom css for the layout by checking the page source, but you'd have to determine the base layout to be able to use it right. i checked the page source to find a reference to the creator but i couldn't find one unfortunately

Well, taking a look at the source code shows this tidbit at the top of the custom CSS:

/* Cleaned CSS: */
/* what is going on lol dont take ok*/

Guess the creator of this layout does not want their layout to be taken and used by anyone else.
