Заголовок аккаунта, если это "Улыбчивы, мурлывчивы, со многими на "ты"...", то меняется тут: https://www.dreamwidth.org/customize/. Если это "имя аккаунта", отображаемое в профиле, то меняется тут: https://www.dreamwidth.org/manage/profile/?authas=tanda_mif_chgk.
А если вы про никнейм (tanda_mif_chgk), то меняется тут: https://www.dreamwidth.org/rename/. Если не ошибаюсь, только платно.
