Entry and border help

Hi I just made a new journal (this one) and I need some basic css help. Right now everything in my entry is pressed up against the border around it. How do I put some space/padding between the border and the entry (including title, time, mood, etc.)? Also, how do I make the border thicker? It's the default layout fantaisie. Thanks.

Or whatever amount you want there. :)
