Tag Navigation Arrows

Thought y'all would like to know that fu has just pushed a hotfix that gives the tag navigation arrows their very own CSS class.

This snippet will banish them permanently - the tagnav class covers both the actual arrows and also that little bit of whitespace between the arrows and the tag links, so no worries about juggling layout.

Oh! I don't mean to skip over batrachian at all; my thanks to you are for being so fast to push it live. XD Believe me, MANY thanks are to Woggy for incorporating a class into the code. The ability to style them at will is yay.
