Quick question about Crisped.

I really like how some of the Crisped layouts have gradients in their module title and entry title. Anyone have any idea how you actually do that? I switched my current layout from Wizard to Theme and copypasta'ed the code, yet the gradients disappeared. -.-

Basically, I just wanted to turn what I currently have into the style where the colors of the titles on the entries and modules are blended with the color of the main section. So, yeah, like how Cool Gradients is set up.

Yeah, doing it the easy way sounds like it might not break my brain. XD But then I'm not sure I'd be able to submit it as an official theme, which I'd like to do.

It's perfectly fine to base a theme or a style on something which is already offficial. The license contributors sign specifically allows derivative works (http://wiki.dwscoalition.org/wiki/index.php/Contributor_Licensing_Agreement).

-laughs and facepalms- That's right. Still doesn't really solve my problem, though, because when I converted Alice Blue Blossoms from a wizard layer to a theme layer, I lost the gradients. And IIRC, you have to submit themes as theme layers.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean here. What is Alice Blue Blossoms? Is a color theme you made? Did you have code for gradients in it in the first place? Or was it applied on top of a theme? If it was you need to merge both sources into your theme layer.

And IIRC, you have to submit themes as theme layers.

I don't think this is an obligation. Dreamscapes accepts all sorts of submissions such as layers, CSS in a text box, etc.

Sorry for the wait. Things have been busy. Alice Blue Blossoms is the layout, yeah. I originally based it off a theme that *had* the gradients. When I c/p'ed the code from wizard theme that you get when you customize a pre-existing theme and put it into a theme layer, the gradient disappeared.
