The layout I'm currently using originally had the user icons for entries set not to display. I removed the display: none in the CSS, now my problem is that the user icons in entries don't match how they're displayed in the comments (rounded, gray border). Also, I'd like to move them up a bit too.

This is the code I'm using:

Thanks in advance for any help!

Do you want all icons displayed like they are in the entries, or like they are in the comments?

This should do the trick (copied verbatim from the stylesheet's div.module-content div.userpic img rule):

   .entry div.userpic img {
        background: #d4cae2;
        border: none;
        border-radius: 100px;
        padding: 10px;
        margin-top: -50px; /*raises the userpics up by N pixels*/
    }

if you want to raise all the userpics you can remove '.entry'.
