Yupyup! It's really handy if you just want to tweak a rule and see how it turns out before you save.
For people who know CSS, the wizard's background image options are pretty superfluous. But, for people who don't, it's very nice. And if somebody is making an S2 style, it's good to know about those built in options you can give people, so they can tweak your style without knowing about CSS.
