Re: 1) It looks like there is still a SPAN entity left in tag clouds. I found one that's called span .invisible (Children of .module-list-item), but I have no idea what it does or how to affect it. Maybe that's the problem, because I couldn't find it when I changed the tags display from cloud to list (.module-tags_list).
