[FIXED] Trying to get rid of horizontal scrollbar

EDIT: I and did a trial-and-error deleting spree of code sections lol. I was so convinced it was something in the footer, but it turns out the culprit was padding in the control strip.

I just started using this layout from plainstyles on my community sigaw.

On my desktop, I can see a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the page, despite not having any posts in the community yet.

Does anyone know what part of the CSS I need to tweak to get rid of it?
