Just include the following in your custom CSS:

.page-recent .entry-poster { display: none !important; }
.page-entry .entry-poster { display: none !important; }

It's a hack I figured out just tonight. I spent awhile on it before realizing I didn't need to use > (CSS child selector), which works on .page-recent but not on .page-entry here.
