Quick question about Crisped.

I really like how some of the Crisped layouts have gradients in their module title and entry title. Anyone have any idea how you actually do that? I switched my current layout from Wizard to Theme and copypasta'ed the code, yet the gradients disappeared. -.-

Simple Reading Page URL parameters question...

Hope this is not too off-topic for this community...is there a FAQ that lists all the URL parameters in one place to separate your Reading Page into parameter-filtered URLs? If there is I would so appreciate a heads-up - I dimly recall thinking I saw something like that somewhere, maybe just once - but all I can find right now is this, which is close but maybe not quite: http://www.dreamwidth.org/support/faqbrowse?faqid=28&q=url.
