New person here, trying to edit a theme layer. Anybody have any clue what to do about this?

Full disclosure: I don't know how to fix this or if it even can be fixed, I'm very new at this and mostly just following a tutorial on how to create theme layers.

A question about Styles

Hey,
I have a premium paid account, and just tried to make an additional style. I was given a helpful (?) error that said I had used up my limit of Styles. What I'd like to know is, how many styles and layers do account holders have at each level?
