Can everyone tell me how i can make userpics enable in entries like this ---> secondaccident layout? i think i use flexible squares

What exactly are you wanting? Round userpics instead of square? Userpics on the left rather than the right?

I looked at the CSS on the journal page you linked to and it's a custom layout based on the base style Blanket, but I can't find directions for installing and using it.

If you browse through the available styles for Dreamwidth you will find several that have userpics on the left. Of those, some have the pics as circles rather than squares such as Elegant Notebook based on Gold Leaf. You can then tweak the colors used in the design by choosing "Customize Your Theme".

You might also ask for recommendations of users/communities that specialize in custom layouts and browse their offerings. I like myrtillenne and tofuhouse, for example.
