Hmmm, so - this is weird. When I put that layout layer on my journal, the
tags seem to be printing properly, which means the problem may be somewhere
else. Can you copy out your theme layer (if you have one) and your
customization layer? They'll be highlighted on the layers list, because
they're in use. I want to see if there's something on one of those that
might be messing things up.
