Add header

I just found a lovely layout, but I would love to know how to add a header. Sorry, I have no idea how.

Yes, the header will be the tittle of the journal so I don't want nothing else to show.

Do you have the image up at a URL somewhere? (Unfortunately, DW does not have image hosting yet.) If so, I can make some CSS for you to add and use.
