I would like to import the old LJ style "Tabular Indent" using this tutorial but it's telling me I can't create anymore layers? I even deleted a bunch. Is it because I'm trying to create s1 or is it because I don't have a paid account?

I've previously imported Generator, Flexible Squares and another layout so I know it was possible...

Tabular Indent is S2 (though it's core1, not core2) - S1 layouts can't be created at all on Dreamwidth. Most likely it's the lack of paid account - I forget what the limit on custom layers is for free but it's fairly low.
