Nope, it's not that, either. Everything is fine from what I can see at any res, except that the quote button lays next to the subject textbox at 600 x 400 800 x 600, but I fixed that while I was looking by changing margin-left to 13em 14em...I can post screen caps, if you like, and/or look at yours if you want, to see what you're talking about...
