Yep, just tried that now, but it's now applied to all the links, and I want to apply it only to entry management links and tags. But now my navigation links are also underlined and lowercase. :( I have to figure out how to separate the two.

Got it, had to apply it only to .entry .footer .inner, .comment .footer .inner
Lowercase fixed too.
