Line-Through Entry-Poster/Comment-Poster

Hi everyone. I'm Syx, and I'm trying to get rid of the line-through when you hover over the entry-poster and comment-poster. I checked the code, but I can't seem to find the reason why it's the only piece of code that won't convert to just underline.

I'm far from an expert but I think that the reason you get a line-through for entry-poster and comment-poster is because they're in bold which means this line applies to them:

b:hover, strong:hover { text-decoration: line-through; }
