Harry Potter, yes. I read them mostly as they came out. I was never active in fandom, though.
I never managed to get into most of those anime fandoms, mainly due to lack of time and money, but I did enjoy Bleach, what I've read of it. My LJ profile has a bit more about my fandoms, if you're a lot curious about it... though it does need to be updated (especially on my DW). My biggest anime fandom is Revolutionary Girl Utena, still abiding all this time from high school.
